What Skalda saves in your browser and how to manage it.

Cookies and local storage
Cookies and browser storage remember information on your device. Skalda uses local storage for interface preferences and session storage for the logo animation. Google advertising and embedded games may use their own cookies or identifiers as described below.
What we store
skalda-theme: your dark or light appearance preference.skalda-favorites: the identifiers of games you have saved as favorites.skalda-recent: up to 30 game identifiers, used to show recently played games.- skalda-privacy-v1: your Minimal or Full experience selection and its timestamp; used for 180 days.
- skalda-brand-intro: remembers that the logo animation has played in the current tab (session storage).
Theme, favorites and recent-game entries remain until you or your browser clear them. They are not synchronized with an account and do not back up game progress. The privacy choice is used for 180 days, after which the banner asks again; the stored entry may remain until replaced or cleared. The animation flag lasts for the browser tab session.
Manage your saved information
To remove a favorite, select its heart button again. To remove all stored preferences and history, open your browser’s privacy settings, find the site-data controls for this website, and clear its data. This resets favorites, recent games, and your chosen theme.
Use Privacy choices in the footer to change your selection. Minimal prevents this site from loading AdSense. Full experience allows Google cookies for non-personalized advertising and measurement. Switching back to Minimal reloads the page to stop the loaded site advertising code; it does not erase cookies already stored by third parties. Clear those through your browser settings. These choices do not control Google Fonts, contact security checks or storage and ads inside games.
External requests
Google Fonts receives browser requests when font files load. That connection is separate from the local-storage entries above. Read our Privacy policy for more information.
Contact form security
The contact form loads Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated abuse. It processes browser and connection signals and returns a verification token, checked by our Worker before sending the message. Turnstile pre-clearance is not enabled in our integration. This security check is separate from advertising. See our Privacy policy for details.
Advertising
Google AdSense may use cookies or other identifiers to serve and measure advertisements. Our privacy banner controls whether the site loads AdSense. Full experience requests non-personalized ads; these may still use cookies for frequency limits and measurement.
