Using Skalda
These terms describe use of the Skalda website and its browser-game features. Please read them alongside our Privacy policy and Cookies & storage information. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Skalda provides access to browser games and discovery features. The embedded games are provided by third parties, as identified on their game pages.
Play responsibly
Use the service lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not attempt to compromise the website, introduce malicious code, bypass security measures, or disrupt games or other visitors’ access.
Games and availability
Skalda offers browser games embedded from GameDistribution. Game availability, supported devices, controls and features can change. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every browser or preservation of progress inside external games.
Game developers and providers operate the embedded games. Their presented terms, privacy notices and in-game advertising controls apply to their services. Skalda does not process in-game purchases or operate an account system for those games. Review any third-party offer before proceeding.
Saved favorites and history
Favorites, recent games, theme and advertising preferences are saved in your browser. They are not an account or cloud backup. Clearing site data, switching browsers or blocking storage can remove or prevent these features. A saved favorite does not save progress inside a game.
Intellectual property
Games, artwork, names, and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. Access to the website does not grant permission to copy, redistribute, sell, or reuse protected material except where a licence or applicable law permits it.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer rights.
